5-step HVAC modernization — occupied site, zero downtime 

A dedicated engineer for the pre-acceptance audit with measurements. 

Step 1

Diagnosis and design

Complete HVAC audit, selection of equipment adapted to your uses and constraints. Sizing, low-carbon solutions, phased implementation plan.

Step 2

Independent call for tenders

Consultation with equipment manufacturers and installers. Selection based on technical and economic criteria. No commercial agreements with manufacturers.

Step 3

Construction on an occupied site

Work will be carried out in phases, zone by zone. Heating and air conditioning services will be maintained throughout the entire process. There will be no interruption of operations.

Step 4

Commissioning and optimization

Supervised commissioning, setting of setpoints and water laws, performance testing under real-world conditions. Verification of projected savings.

Step 5

Reception and tracking

Joint acceptance with measurements. Performance report. Connection to SEME NEXTEP for continuous post-work monitoring.
