Context

The EQHO Tower is an iconic office building in La Défense (79,171 m², 40 floors, built in 2003). Faced with the requirements of the Tertiary Decree and rental pressure, ICADE was looking for a solution that would not increase its investment balance sheet.

Powesco proposed a 5-year ESCO contract: in-depth audit, design of work, complete financial support, implementation and contractual guarantee of results — without using the client's budget.
