The BACS Decree mandates, under certain conditions, the installation of automation and control systems in commercial buildings equipped with heating or air conditioning systems exceeding certain regulatory thresholds. Powesco conducts a compliance audit of your installations and, if necessary, defines the actions to be implemented to meet the decree's requirements.

The first savings can be seen as soon as the new equipment is put into service. However, their extent and evolution depend on the solutions deployed, the building's use, and its initial performance level. Monitoring consumption then allows for measuring the results achieved and identifying new areas for optimization.

Yes. Powesco can contractually define energy performance targets and commit to the savings generated under tailored contracts, notably through its ESCO model. Performance is measured and monitored over time according to recognized protocols, including IPMVP, to objectively verify the actual savings achieved.
