Context

Modernizing the public lighting network of a town of 38,000 inhabitants represents a major budgetary and technical challenge. The objective of the town of Joué-lès-Tours is to structurally reduce its lighting expenses while improving the quality of light for its residents.

The support covers the entire program — from auditing the existing stock to LED deployment, including setting up CEE financing to minimize the remaining cost to the community.
